• Who are Venetian?

  Venetian is the retail brand name for bathroom furniture produced by the Symphony Group PLC. Symphony is the UK’s largest privately owned manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture - for more information about Symphony and the wide range of products we offer please click here.

• Where can I see and buy Venetian bathrooms?

  We supply our range of bathroom furniture and accessories through a network of independent retailers across the country. Most Venetian retailers have several of our ranges on display and many also offer a planning and installation service. To find your nearest retailer please click here.

• Can I buy directly from Symphony?

  We do not supply directly to the public; to purchase our products you would need to visit your local retailer

• I already have a Symphony bathroom fitted in my home. Can I buy extra units to add onto it?

  Although we directly supply additional units for kitchens, this service is not available for bathroom or bedroom products. To purchase additional units for your bathroom please visit your local retailer.

• How do I request a Venetian brochure?

  Your local retailer should be able to provide you with a brochure, or you can request one by clicking here. You can also view our full range of Venetian bathroom furniture in the Ranges section of this site.

• What are the benefits of having bathroom furniture?

  There are many benefits to having furniture in your bathroom from providing valuable storage space, to hiding ugly pipework. You can choose a style to suit your taste and thanks to the increased storage your bathroom will appear less cluttered, making it a more attractive place to be and adding value to your home.

• I only have a small bathroom/cloakroom, will I be able to use Venetian furniture?

  Yes. In addition to our standard units we also offer reduced depth units in all our ranges that are designed to work in even the smallest space. What’s more, the extra storage you gain will actually make your room look bigger by eliminating clutter. Please see the Space Solutions page for more details

• Is all your bathroom furniture fitted?

  Although we do have a large choice of fitted ranges, we also offer a collection of modern, European-influenced freestanding pieces. Known as the Ravello collection, the range includes a vanity table with optional chest of drawers, a framed mirror and a shelf unit with either wood effect or glass shelves, all of which are available in a choice of light oak or wenge. • Do you offer a design and installation service?

  We don’t offer a design and installation service directly to the public, though all our retailers do offer this service. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer

• I am interested in one of your bathroom ranges - how do I find out how much it costs?

  Your local retailer will be able to provide you with a price list or a quote tailored to your requirements. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer. Please be aware that we only provide our retailers with recommended retail prices and some retailers may run promotions, so as a result the price quoted may differ slightly between retailers.

• I have chosen which range I would like, what do I do now?

  Once you have an idea of what you would like, visit your nearest Venetian retailer, who can be found by clicking here. It will help if you can give them as much detail as possible, such as the measurements of your room, what colour schemes you like, how much storage space you need and whether you want any extra accessories. The more information you can give the retailer the easier it will be for them to create your perfect bathroom – though don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want as they will be able to advise you.

• How long will it take for me to receive my furniture?

  With the exception of some special order items, all our products are held in stock and delivered to each area of the country once a week. When you place an order the retailer will be able to tell you when to expect delivery.

• What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

  Please contact the retailer who placed your order and they will assist you with your query.

• Do your products come with a guarantee?

  All our furniture is manufactured to a very high standard and we are confident that it will give you many years of service, which is why all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the product so please speak to your local retailer or contact us for more information

• I am a retailer/private developer/contractor and am interested in supplying your bathroom furniture. How do I find out more?
